Worst service ever
All they want is making money from you, super slow speed, lose connection every 2 weeks, and have to pay over 100 for tech to come and fix. Worst service ever.
If l can l will give it zero star.
Pay another amount to uninstall. So ridiculous.

Tried to cancel account 60 days ago, asked all kinds of questions (which were not any of their business) and ended suspending payments for 60 days so I could think about it, then we would talk again. Got no call from anyone but did get an unauthorized charge on my credit card which is criminal!
Want account closed (no charges), and send equipment back for credits.

I had their service for about 8 months and never really worked from day one and they swore on their end my service was strong but wasnt. I had to call more times than I wanted just to get them to reset my service and get it work for a couple of minutes.
Finally canceled about a month ago and they kept asking for equipment return and never sent me a box till over a month after I cancelled and still want me to pay for a technician to come out and unplug some of their hardwear. Do not get Hughes net theyre trash spend the money and get Starlink its much much better.

Internet is off my Internet went off did you turn it off? it just went out a cause of the rain but its not raining really hard so I dont think its just the rain in Bartow Florida. Call me 863-582-****.

Can't Stream, download moves!!!!
I called hughesnet because I can't watch moves, I can't download moves, or TV shows, your rep said yes you have a problem, they said signal kept going up and down, and didn't know why, I even lost my phone signal, probably because I'm on wifi calling, what I do know I pay for a service that I'm not getting, I would like hughesnet to make this Right !!!

I had service with them for 5 weeks in June. They turned off the internet and got their money, $125.00, on August 17th.
Okay, I called and asked them to cancel the service. So, I thought they did. However, they didn't; they have been taking money from my account since then. I called my bank and filed a dispute but was denied twice.
It's $500.00 they have taken from me. Knowing that no one has used their service, they refuse to give me my money back.

This will be the third time i am contacting you to cancel my service. The first time was shortly after I started my service.
I live at 5865 W Jedi Ct, Dunnellon, Fl 34433. I requested my service be cancelled and to send me thebox to return the equipment. I have had Tmobiles gateway for almost 2 years now due to your internet sucking, my bill was never correct from the very first bill. I had to speak to management to get it straight, and it still didn't show the correct credit amount.
I never received the $200 sign up visa debit i was supposed to get. And i just received another text from you stating my service will disconnect in 10 days if i dont pay you?!.! Well *** at least it will finally be cancelled after 2 years! I will not pay you anything just because your customer service cannot do their job and cancel my service, which i have the emails to prove it.
Send me a freaking box for this equipment or i am throwing it in the trash I am tired of asking. I have never in my life have ever dealt with such awful service i will never recommend or use your company!

Hughsnet is the worst! Take our word for it!
They've ruined our house w their big dish. Was told it was small an would fit on my porch! The service was not good an they just wanted me to buy tokens. Don't use them.
I called last week to cancel, they said ok, then this week they took out 280.00 early termination fee. That was all the money my kids an I had. I begged for it back! Over an hour on the phone.
Idk what to do now! I'm so angry bc we needed to buy groceries. I've got eggs, bread, milk. No Easter for them.
No money for us.
Plz plz take this warning, bypass hughsnet! They're criminals.
